The car and paperwork were not ready when we got there. Computers were also down and it took an hour to get our car. They wouldn't let my older father use their bathroom while we waited. They were nice enough and the car looks fine but next time we'll rent from a bigger company in Middletown.
Horrible service, crooks. Find another place. I was looking for 4 used tires for my truck. They oy had four that appeared to be decent. I bought them with the plan being to look for two more in other uses tire places nearby. I took the tires and put them in my trunk. They were not mounted on the car. Ten minutes after leaving the store i found 4 decent tires, a set in a store few blocks down. I troed to return the two back and he refused. The tires were never driven on and never mounted and the whole thing took 10 minutes. Found out later that day that the thread depth he told me was wrong and tires were dry rotted. Owner totally rude and refusing any compromise. False advertisement and bad customer service. I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Go somewhere else
