Went to go browse after my husband saw an ad. We were shopping for a living room set Brendan was awesome. Didn't shadow us or hound us, but seemed to be there when we had a question. What a great selection. It was a hassle free shopping experience. I definitely recommend them. I know we will be back.
First order in 2015 was flawless and just recently ordered a matching piece to my bedroom set...big mistake! It was a very easy sale since I already knew what I wanted and Brendan didn't have to do anything other than call the factory and place the order. On May 25 I scheduled delivery for the morning of June 6. I did not receive a confirmation call so when I called in at 9:30 on June 6, I was informed that my delivery slot was the afternoon (when I would not be home). The receptionist was very rude and accused me of not "keeping" my delivery time. When I insisted I had booked this 2 weeks prior and that I needed delivery the coming Saturday, she said "we'll have to see what trucks come in and what deliveries need to be made." In other words, my order was not a priority for them and she blamed the salesperson for "not writing in on the calendar" in the first place. I ended up driving an hour each way to pick up my item because these clowns could not be trusted to deliver the item. Buyer beware!!!
