Just want to say thanks to all of the Port Jervis Police Officers for doing what they do and putting on the uniforms everyday to help keep the public safe. I really appreciate what you do. I back the blue 100 percent.
My family and I have been being harassed by the same person for 5 years and Port Jervis Police refuse to allow any of us to sign a complaint against this person , however they have allowed this person to file 2 harassment complaints against a family member for harassment , because this stalker trouble maker uses his cell phone to entrap people so he can use it to file complaints , he has harassed me and my family right in the police station hallway and they do absolutely nothing to him .This person is also a repeated offender from the State of Florida for doing the same thing to a different family , he lost all legal rights and custody to his child there has a felony for a loaded handgun with intent to use he was arrested so many times there i can not even count them but i do have all of his arrest records from the State of Florida.And Port Jervis Police continue to let this guy get away with everything , oh yeah he has been arrested 9 times in the city of Port Jervis for other crimes he has committed there ..Its a shame that they let people like him walk the streets .
The police have the right who to arrest. One of the names sandblasted off was a veteran of WW11 from1941-45. This is a 100% Ukrainian stone. I am the only one with documentation of ownership. They let someone get away with a federal crime.

i have lived in the port jervis community for 25 yrs now and can speak only of my experience...i am grateful for the police dept of port jervis..when i felt unsafe ..they watched over me...i have had some tickets but deserved as i was in the wrong..yet always try to give me a break...
Det. Mike Myers did not start an investigation for the desecration of my grandparent's tombstone. I found out he is related to the instigator. This happened in Port Jervis N.Y.He never started an investigation. He said it was a family matter,now that I found out that you are related to Shaun Galligan(Mr. Rohner's nephew) I see things differently Det. Mike Myers should have informed the police chief and had another detective put in charge,instead he ended it before it started.

Mr. Kucher did not have to die the police should have arrested the man who beat him to death for being a fugitive from justice. How long did they let him walk the streets. In less than an hour the Wilkes-Barre police had that man in jail. The business across the street captured the murderer with their own surveillance cameras. The police cameras did not have any part in the case. What was on their cameras? Why did the police enforcement let that fugitive from justice walk the streets? The police enforcement does not do anything to help the citizens of the city of Port JervisN.Y.
