Today I couldn't find the syrup the woman that works there took me right to it
I had bought a twin air mattress which had a hole right out of the box. So I went back with my receipt to exchange it for the exact same thing, hole free.
The "lady" at the register/return desk was nasty and said she didn't think these could be returned. I explained it'd never been used, only taken out of the box and inflated, when I discovered the hole. This seemed too much for her sub par IQ to process so she went in the back of the store, ostensibly to ask a manager. A few minutes later she came back and announced loudly, "Nope!! Dese can't be wetuwned. It says so white on da box!" This is exactly how she spoke, I'm not making fun of her, she's just an idiot. I said I really just needed to get one that I could actually sleep on, there was no way I could do that? She told me to buy another one.
I understand they have rules to follow. It's not that they wouldn't take it back it was her attitude. She was actually happy about it and very rude. Dollar General is half a mile down the road and that's where I go from now on.
