Great pizza. I recommend the Buffalo chicken pie. Nice people. They even played music
well this was a waste of money and time. The food was wrong, had no taste and was just disgusting.........You should not carry the name of Brother Bruno, compared to the one in Middletown this place is a joke.
Zero stars is not an option. So I have ordered from here for years but in the last year they have made the most mistakes possible. They have sent me the wrong food, they have missed items that I ordered. When you call them they have every excuse as to why and then they make their mistake last priority when having it re delivered. Tonight I ordered baked clams, which I have ordered many times before. The pizza & fries were soggy. They sent the order of clams with out the lemon, I called and asked for a new order to be sent with lemon since by the time they would've brought me just the lemon slices the clams would be cold. The women put me on hold for 5 mins then hung up. I called back and spoke with a man who was had an attitude and proceeded to tell me it was "insane" for them to make a new order of clams and that they would only send me the lemon. I then asked for a refund because I would not be eating cold clams. They agreed to give me a "credit", I asked why if they were willing to give me a credit why they couldn't just send out another order. The man replied cause the driver wouldn't make it (they would be closing in an hour in fifteen mins). Which was a clear contradiction, I'm sure they would be taking other orders and the delivery man would make those without an issue. Again they made their mistake last priority. The man must of felt like a fool because he just hung up the phone, guess he ran out of excuses. When I called back they wouldn't answer the phone so I had to drive over there and asked for a cash refund. Before I could finish my sentence the women was already taking the money out the register. I don't know how they thought that situation was going to end but the fact that they were so rude to a regular and loyal customer after I have been so understanding and continued providing them business after the many times I have had an issue with them was appalling. I will never be ordering from there again.
